first need to convert the mov to a mp4 file – I use the mac app Handbrake
then upload to dropbox and create the share link:

it needs to be edited slightly, drop the ending ?dl=0 and change www to dl

dropping that url link into a page all by itself (no special formatting, etc) on its own line and wordpress will automatically embed the video
